If she entered illegally then there's no way, if she entered legally she could get married and file for adjustment of status and get a green card.
if someone entered the US under the age of 16 and he's in the US for more then 5 years and he's under 30 - he could get a green card (even if he entered illegally) if DREAM Act pass as long as he in the next 6 years: 1- will join the military for two years (armed forces). 2- get a college degree. |
