My parents are sponsering my husband, can my parents withdraw the petition due to marraige "Not in good faith"?

I just found out that my husband cheated on me while being married with me and while fixing his papers. He filled for divorce already. He has a 2 yr condition resident card. Now my parents were the one that sponsered him can they withdraw the petition and tell INS what he did.

His green card is based on the marriage so if he isn't married anymore, he's out. Let INS know that you are getting divorced. They'll do the rest.

If you are asking about financial sponsorship, no, they cannot withdraw it - the affadavit of support specifically states that the support will still be valid after divorce.
But when his conditional card expires, he will not get a permenant one since he is divorced and the sponsorship will end then
