My petition i-130 and i-129f spouse?

in november 2008 i petition my husband which he is in the filippines now. we married in sept of 2008. im a US citizen im back here now in the states i have already filed all my paperwork for both the i-130 and i-129f spouse petitions. i have recieve my action of notice for both pettition now waitin on the approval. its been like four months now and still no response on an approval. i have already check on the case status for both petitions the i-130 reciept # says my case not found but as for the i-129f spouse reciept # it still is pending USCIS updated on dec 29th 2008. now im so patiently waitin on the results for the petitions so is there any1 that could help me or give me some info because goin on the websites still really dont give me any results. what can i do now jus wait for a responds.

It can easily take a year to simply process the petitions you've filed. Then once they've been approved, they'll be sent to the National Visa Center. Normally, the I-129f is processed there very quickly. But you'll be contacted once they do receive it. They schedule it for an interview in Manila, but as you probably know, that's one of the busiest immigrant visa sections in the world, so it may take a bit of time to get an interview date once everything else is in place.

I think it takes 6 months to a year depending where you had to send both docs to.
There is a lot mumbo jombo to both documents I got married last june to a woman in mexico didn't have enough money to send the docs in until now I still need to have some docs translated I am about ready to hire a lawyer to handle the rest of it so I don't have to spend more money in the future in case I did something wrong on the docs.
