German citizenship is by blood. Being born there won't feed the Bulldog. Unless one of her parents is German she's stuck as a Nigerian.

She could apply only if one of her parents are german, otherwise is not possible.

There is no such thing as an EU passport, and you 2 should simply go live in Africa.

She doesn't get one. German citizenship is by parentage only, so she has no claim to German citizenship.

Are you a citizen of an EU country and can you apply for her citizenship to your country of citizenship?

she shud claim citizenship by going to the European Court of Justice. she will never win the citizenship thru any German Court because Germany is racist and Germany is not a democracy (in a democracy, you don't ban every party that is a threat to your cartel of a small number of parties, many of them openly unsecular and others secular in name only and not in practice)
