Hi, i have a question , My name on Passport Says Grace E varghese on the given name column, and i dont have a surname there, But On my L2 visa it says in the place of Surname as grace e varghese and given name as FNU. and on my I94 i wrote my name as Grace E V in the First(given name) and left the family name empty, When i went for an ssn application , they Denied giving me one as they say the name Section is different in the visa and on I 94, Hope you understood my doubt , any idea wwhat to do next?

well, first of all you should get your passport corrected. have your first name and last name filled correctly and then get our i94 corrected. I had almost the same problem.
It took me almost 4-6mmonths to get all this fixed. you'll have you to get your name get corrected through the newspaper (changing it to the correct form) and you'll have to get the same thing from your home country (you can ask you parents to send the original newspaper to you in the mail). and then you go to the embassy and get your name correction on the passport.
and for the i94, they'll just correct it for you, once you have your passport corrected.

They match your visa name with your i94 record. If i go to change my i94 they will tell me your visa is with FNU so they will change it to that.
