Need help to fill up the Immigrant G-325form (1section only)?

Hi,
I am applying for my husband through I-130 immigrant visa. After filled up that I am filling up G-325 form. Both we (petitioner and beneficiary) are stuck on here (http://img91.imageshack.us/img91/5365/87144331.png). please see the link and let me know what to put on Petitioner's and beneficiary's form.

Note : I am a permanent residence of USA (immigrant).

We will be appropriate for the help.

Just to be clear: You are a permanent resident, and now you are applying for your husband to join you in the USA as a permanent resident?

If that is the case, you'd select: "Status as Permanent Resident", as he's trying to become a permanent resident now.
