Need to get my husband legal or at least a resident alien.?

My husband has been in the US for over 14 years brought here by his family when he was a child. We have been married for 5 years have 3 beautiful girls. However he was born in Mexico. We are seaking to try to get a workers permit, green card. ect... Need any information or any help on the easiest way to get this done. Thank you. Please no rude comments about Hispanics. Thanks

Get a lawyer. He is getting deported before he can be legal! This isn't a do-it-yourself type of thing!
He gets deported and you file for a waiver to get him back into the US. Expect him to be joining you in a couple of years!
Remind your daughters not to marry criminals!

He cannot change his status if he is living here illegally. He will have to return to his home country for the process to continue. He will get a ban on returning because of him being in the country illegally. You will then have to file a waiver.
The situation is more complicated when the person ignored our immigration laws and entered without documentation. You should contact an immigration lawyer for assistance.
