These children would be coming from Dubai on visitors visa for 12 months and I have been asked if the children are entitled to their free education whilst here?

i would try asking your local education board i think by law they have to be in education but im not sure if its free try your local school they will be able to tell you good luck |

NO they are visitors.
if they wish to attend school they must get a student permit and they will have to pay international fees as they are NOT residents of your country. .
You just want to get out of paying huge fees dont you?

Call your local Council and ask to speak to the Education Welfare section, they will know the ins & outs of who is entitled to what.
You should also speak to the School Admissions section, they'll be able to tell you what your nearest schools are & which ones have vacancies. |
