I definetly would, i am going through a situation similar to this now. I think that all the immigrants who work and are responisble and pay their taxes should be allowed in the United States. I think they should have to apply for citizenship but should also get cut some slack because they are good people. The Americans who use the system and don't work or pay taxes should be penalized for doing wrong. Immigrants are not criminals.

No they are a criminal and the rule of law is the foundation of America. Why should we obey any law if illegals can just break the law entering illegally and stay. This is not a socialist country if which your "good deads" in society mean you can ignore the rule of law. They should be arrested and deported. nope the line i draw is at the legal/illegal issue. i love the way people try to marginalize the issue of illegals. if, if, if. if people did not come to the country illegally they would not be in the jam they are in and would not have to ask the citizens of the U.S. to break the law on their behalf. bend the law, break the law, they are the same thing. what we are trying to eliminate is the whole idea that if you come to the U.S. illegally and hang around long enough you will get amnesty. the first 2 million who got amnesty caused 12 to 20 million to come in hopes of the same. sorry on this issue you are truly the minority. look at the ratio of the posts, of antis to pros. if we do not send illegals packing how will we ever keep illegals from continuing to come?not in my lifetime and i have another 50 years. illegals want amnesty in doing so all the violent criminals in the mix will get amnesty too. we will have waived our ability to do background checks on 12 to 20 million people. read the papers do you not know that illegals are committing crimes? they do not belong here they are not ours to deal with. how could people be so ignorant on a subject? it would be nice to look at people and tell if they have criminal tendencies or criminal backgrounds but that's not real. get real!

No no no no no no! The only way I personally would give a visa to someone is legally when they complete paperwork and criminal check before they come to our country.

I am still not believing in your questions.

Simply just do it legally and then they wouldn't have to ask these kinds of questions.

and to answer the question, If they enter legally and have a Background check with no problems...I'll say it's ok, dont give them the Residency...but Allow them to work, and do other things. and let them earn the right to be citizen and understands it's value
