so, I got a little booklet and CD to study. Now I see 100 questions, the first 50's are quite easy, but the last half looks like questions that I actually gotta memorize a bit. So, my question specifically is: Do they actually ask those questions included in the booklet or the most easy ones? Most people I asked how was it, they tell me it's easy; they only ask about the flag and super-basic questions according to them like independence day and president's name. I just want to confirm it's true and that they wont ask stuff like"name the amendments that guarantees voting rights" or "What is the introduction to the constitution called" and stuff like that...

Well for sure consult the newest booklet and information about the current testing,
I'd say that there is probably a practice of asking fairly simple questions. I don't think the examiners WANT people to fail, so they probably do tend to stay away from the harder ones. BUT the correct answer is that they can ask any question and you would be wise to be prepare to answer the harder ones.
And while you may feel some of those aren't so important, I'd tell you that knowing what the Preamble to our constitution is, or to be able to identify the bill of rights, those are important things about understand America. They really do in the end affect how our daily life here is protected and how our government works, And it's a privilege of citizenship to be able to engage in running the government, even if just by voting.
Sadly if you do know those things you'll know more than an awful lot of Americans...
