a friend of mine did it like this.
1. marry her
2. move to mexico
3. get her a passport if she doesn't already have one
4. get an immigration lawyer
5. file all paperwork for resident alien card
6. wait patiently (about 3-7 years depending on how much money you have, how good your lawyer is, and a little bit of luck)

Do you have your green card? Or are you an illegal immigrant/ American? I have some friends from school who are illegal, it's really sad but I mean they sometimes have to get deported because someone finds out. Maybe she could come here on vacation, and when she does come she can get married to you and there yah go. I'm soryr I'm not really sure how this works!

hey yall thank you i been seein what all yall put ...but look i need some help my boyfriend...is a us citizen.... we get to school together ...and i had to come to mexican becuse i was not immigrant ...so then time past and he looked me up on face book ...and we just started dating ...and i love him so much and he does to ...he wants to come for me but we dont know what the best why to do that is ....i was lookin at the k1 i visa...but how long will it be till we can be together .....he does everything he can to see me ...so what do yall think i can do .... |
