I have one H-1B visa for a
full-time job that's going to expire in July and I also have the approval notice for a part-time position. I plan on going back home(Taiwan) to have the second visa approval stamped but I am worried about the following:
Since my full-time position is going to expire in July, and my second visa approval is only part-time, would the immigration officials in Taipei not let me get the stamped visa and return to the U.S because I would only be doing
part-time
work in the U.S after July?

It's perfectly legal to get an H1b for part-time employment, as long as it's noted on the petition. as long as that's the case, you should be fine, assuming you'll earn enough part-time to support yourself. |

as long as you have an approved and valid H1b for the part- time job you will be ok. does not matter whether you work part time or full time. |
