Passport application queshtions! help easy 10points!!?

okay my mom applied for citizenship a couple of years ago and got her passport and i automatically got my passport too. now my passport expires around the same time i turn 16. do i have go re-new normally or do i have to apply for a passport as if it was the first time? is there a website i could get answers from? and do i have to answer questions like people normally do when applying for citizenship? help.

Since you ask the question on the US site of Yahoo I assume that you are a U.S. citizen. In this case you need to apply for your first adult passport and cannot use the renewal facility.
BTW: British people who had a juvenile passport may "renew" their first adult passport.

Just renew and use your old passport as proof of citizenship!
