ok i came to america in the summer of 06 i was supposed to attednd college and as soon as i entered usa i figured my sponsor will not pay for my tuition so i had to stay with my family friends...ok i never showed up in school 2years after i decided to go back home after never attending school or working or doing anything wrong while being there i bought the ticket and dropped off my i94 and no one ased me anything i just left and my visa expiration date is june of this year so i didnt overstay the date on it...this whole time my family from europe was supporting me which i can prove...so my question is can i ever return to america? and second can i return using vwp? and someone also told me hthat my school didnt report me cuz they dont even know if I came to the US...my family is not poor and i own my own house worth alot so i have a reason to come back...thank you very much and please as i already said dont judge me unless you are native american

The last time you came to the U.S., you failed to maintain the nonimmigrant status you were granted. Instead of attending school, you failed to attend school. Instead of returning to your home country right away, you remained in the U.S. while out of status.

The validity period of your visa has nothing to do with how long you can stay in the U.S. so you can ignore the expiration date in June.

Schools are notified when a student has entered using his I-20 form (Student Visa Petition), putting the school on notice that the individual is supposed to be destined for that campus. The school is then required by these regulations - through SEVIS - to advise ICE within 30 days of the school's registration date whether or not the student has registered for classes. SEVIS sends a notification to the designated school official officer if he or she forgets to register.

If you just left the U.S., you would not appear to be clearly and beyond a doubt admissible in every respect, and your chances of being admitted under the VWP would seem to be very poor.

your barred from using the Visa Waiver Program for life...You had a student visa but never attend school LOL you was breaking your word with U.S. govt.

you would need apply for a normal tourist visa
