Question about form G-325A Biographic Information?

I'm helping a good friend of mine sponsor her immigrant husband, well i'm just filling out forms for her, finding out what documents need to be gathered, trying to make the whole process easier since she's currently going through some stuff and her husband doesn't speak english very well.
So NEways... i have a question about Form G-325A. Her husband entered the country legally, as a visitor but he didn't leave when he was supposed to, he stayed and worked ilegally.
So my question is, on form G-325A they ask for all your previous employers in the last 5 years. Even though he did it ilegally, is he supposed to name all the places he worked at in the past? I know he did his taxes every year using an IRS tax payer number. They got married a few months ago.
I don't know if that info is relevant but i'm asking this question because they don't want him to get deported or anything and they want to fix his status in this country.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
I might have more questions in the future since we just got started with all the paperwork, so thanks in advance!

You should answer as requested. False info would only complicate
the process. As the spouse of a US citizen there should be no reason
to expect he would be deported for unlawful employment.
