Question regarding immigration sponsorship of alien relative?

hi there,
for anyone with knowledge to the immigration law:
i am married and i need to sponsor my wife. i understand that i need to file the I-130 petition for alien relative. but we are also hitting our 2 year anniversary on november 2010 and apply the I-485 application for permanent residence.
my question is:
1. do i have to file I-130 now and I-485 on november? or can i go straight to I-485 on november without filing I-130?

File them concurrently. The I-485 cannot be filed without the I-130 being filed. The two year date relates only to whether her status will
be conditional. |

This question seems way to important for you to be soliciting advice in this forum, no offense to all and sundry. What I would suggest is that you contact the immigration office nearest you and get all your questions answered by an official source. |

especially as you say you have been married two years ...
ppresuming she entered on a proper fiancee visa and you are way overdue to file for AOS
