Anyone here a member of a union. The jobs they do, these are not jobs that no americans will do, busboy, valet, waiter, etc. Maybe Americans want to be paid more but hey, when you have a minimum wage, that's to be expected.

Personally, I know a lot of international people. I hear a lot about their problems getting into this country. To me, illegal immigration is like cutting ahead of all these great people. Is that fair, hells no, life in mexico isn't great, but the people in mexico can't complain about anything. They no nothing about hard life. If we should allow illegal immigration on the basis of them being refugees, then there are millions in Africa who we should bring in first. There are two ways of doing it, don't let anyone in illegally, or let everyone in. And I think we would know what happens if we just opened the floodgates.

If the people protesting really wanted to be here, wouldn't they have an american flag, not a mexican one. I'm really sick of the racial preservation. You want to be proud to be mexican, go be proud in mexico, because if you want to say you're proud to be mexico and you're illegal, you're saying that you're proud you grew up from such filth that you couldn't help but leave(but you still love being from there).

Not all illegal immigrants are criminals and not all Legal Americans think the way you do. In fact, a lot of jobs in demand here in the US can't be filled up by US Americans because there's not a lot of our people educated enough. We need doctors, nurses and accountants. We can't apply for these jobs because were not qualified ( bachelors degree, etc...) so they really are not taking away jobs from us. If you still believe they take jobs from us then would you be willing to be hospitalized and be taken care of in a HOSPITAL that hires Americans even if they are not qualified doctors or nurses? Let's see you being comfortable with that idea. Let's have our fellow Americans who are not qualified (didn't go to medical school) but fills in the jobs anyway because we want them to have work -DIAGNOSE and do PROCEDURES to us. YEP!!! We love our country!! Boot all illegals!! Boot all immigrants who take away our jobs... Sounds ignorant , HUH! Imagine yourself going out of the hospital with your insides out then..Not a very pretty picture.

About those people who came thru the backdoor, those are undocumented aliens so them I want deported. They maybe using a lot of aliases because they don't have any records of ever entering the US.

The others who came here legally and with valid passports but unfortunately became illegal because of overstaying, I would like them to have a chance to be legal because their passports were stamped when they came here. Inorder for these people to have a VISA to enter the US they submitted a federal clearance from their countries to the US Embassies in their areas. These people we can trace the day they entered our country. These people won't have criminal backgrounds because they were screened by the US Embassies.

These lawmakers are in politics. They say everything the majority wants to hear to get votes. This new bill is like a worldwide announcement that says " COME TO AMERICA BEFORE WE MAKE THIS BILL A LAW, WE'LL GIVE YOU A GREENCARD". They should have tightened the borders before then.

I say undocumented illegals be deported. Documented illegals can stay and pay a huge penalty to be able to work, should pay their taxes and shouldn't have any record of receiving welfare from the government. If they have records of receiving welfare then they should pay the amount of welfare they received and be given fines again. Non legal residents should never receive welfare from the government. That's what makes this country attractive.

"YOU WANNA HAVE MONEY? GO TO AMERICA AND HAVE LOTS OF CHILDREN, THEN ASK FOR WELFARE. YOU DON'T NEED TO WORK, JUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS, THEY GIVE YOU MONEY! THEN PAY YOUR TAXES SO YOU CAN GET A REFUND OF AT LEAST $1000 PER CHILD." - This I know a lot of undocumented aliens do. Documented ones don't do this because if they want to become legal residents later on they won't be qualified.

Let's be fair, everything would eventually work out.. If we want to take the streets we should first protest about the attractive benefits we give the illegal aliens ( like welfare). We take away these benefits then we don't have to boot them out. They would go home themselves because they won't get anything from us anymore. Children born here can't be instant citizens. Thay have to wait until they are of legal age so their parents can be deported if caught. Meanwhile, those who pay taxes should be allowed to stay. These people give their contribution to our society without getting their benefits back. This money they are paying goes to those lazy Americans who doesn't want to work but gets welfare because they feel that the jobs available are beneath them.

Ask yourselves these question you RACISTS out there. HAVE YOU SEEN MEXICANS, ASIANS OR PEOPLE ASIDE FROM AMERICANS BEGGING ON THE STREETS FOR MONEY TO BUY LIQOUR AND CIGARETTES ? Of course not, because these Mexicans or people from other race are so busy working to support their families...with dignity.. even if they have to pick apples or get paid a lot less than their AMERICAN COUNTERPARTS. Illegals? I should say they are better human beings because they work for their families..

Yeah, it's unbelievable. These people think that it is their right to be in OUR country and not pay taxes. They're illegal. In other words, they are breaking the law and getting benefits for it. These people that are flying Mexican flags need to go back to Mexico if they love it so much. The damn president of Mexico even wants his own citizens to migrate out of his country into our ILLEGALLY! Unbelievable. We (legal citizens of course) have the greatest country in the world. I find it amazing that some of you have your heads so far up your ***'s that you really believe the myth that the ILLEGALs stay on the farms, dont steal jobs that Americans need, and have a right not only to be here but to make demands and march in OUR streets on American issues and policies.

Got knews for ya many of us Americans work our asses off at our jobs too. Many of us Americans cant find work and are being turned away from construction jobs, cleaning jobs, and restruant jobs that we need to feed our children, many of us Americans have our government tell us they can help us when we cant make ends meet, many of us watch our children in school sharing school books cause the schools have all been cut.

Why? Because if our jobs arent outsourced then ILLEGALS are being given first dibs on them! Cause ILLegals get first dibs on government assistance now. Cause our sacrafice has become so great that our schools can't even afford enough books for all our kids.

Illegals dont pay taxes, very few work for minimum wage either. They have been turned into slave labor and work for less than $5 an hour. They can live on that cause they get food, clothes, rent and medical coverage from our country, without being taxed. And very few have any interest at all in even becoming legal. Their American born and educated children wont even take the time or energy to help them become legal. One huge abusive circle. They enter ILLegaly and the employers seize the opportunity to take advantage of them because they are. Everyone makes out from it but us.

There is a wait on immigration? OH my god... And always has been to some degree or another. Why the wait is longer now? More immigrants applying and less government workers to do it cause we have these huge drains on our economy and budget like ILLEGALS and such! I have never spoke to one person who regretted their wait, as a matter of fact they all said it made them appreciate it all the more once they got here. Shows they want to commit... And thats a bad thing?

Hell ya we should be marching, emailing letters, and ready for a long haul cause they (ILLEGALS) seem to think they have rights here now and call all the shots.

too late for what? What exactly are you loosing? When you were applying for your job were you competing with an undocumented immigrant, I think not. No human is illegal and wanting a better future is not a crime. If you have problems with immigrants you should protest against NAFTA and CAFTA which have displaced thousands of farmers who have to come to the U.S. in order to provide for their families.
Its all supply and demand. There are thousands of employees willing to hire the cheap labor immigrants provide and consequently there are thousands of immigrants who come in search of these jobs. You should go after these employees instead of harassing innocent immigrants. Take a look at yourself, you are probably a product of an immigrant to this country. Should you be criminalized? The only true "Americans" are the indigenous people of this land, everyone is an immigrant.
