Remove Conditional-Green Card I-751?

Double checking on when to apply for this status. My wife came over on K1 Visa (fiancee) and we married 08/11/07. Her green card was issued in January 2008 Is it 90 days before card expiration or 90 days 2 year anniversary of our marriage that we send in the form?

It is 90 days before the second anniversary of the approval of conditional resident status. Her green card has an expiration date.

You guys can file form I-751 90 days (or less) before the card expires.

you can apply exactly 90 days before January 2010, means sometime in October 2009.
