How many band is needed to apply student visa of canada

You really need to be more specific with your question. I am assuming that by "band", you are asking about IELTS tests, only ones as far as I know that use bands as a scoring system.

The CIC information for student visas can be found here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study.asp and as far as I can see, they do not require IELTS for study permits. You do have to be accepted to a school though and they might require IELTS but you have to deal with the school about that when you apply.
