Should Illegal Immigrants be allowed to stay in this country?

I don't support illegals because they come here to fight for a better way of life expecting us to conform to their needs even though they didn't follow our laws/rules. They need to come together and fight for their people in the country they are from, not the one they invade.

The mere word "illegal' means they have already broken our laws and we have enough lawbreakers here without importing more.
Legal immigrants to me are more than welcome, no matter where they're from, at least they did it the right and lawful way.

Absolutely not! What is the point of having laws if they are not enforced? It absolutely enrages me that our Government allows a group of people that has blatantly broken US Law to remain here, not only without consequence, but giving many of them access to all the perks of being a legal citizen! I am pretty sure that if I were to illegally enter another country, say Sweden, and demand treatment as a citizen, that the Swedes would send me packing!

Let me tell you a story. My DH and I were born and raised here. We worked long hours in a factory and paid our taxes. Now, he has had to go to a nursing home. Medicaid said ' Let us help you pay for this. You pay your share and we will make sure all is well'..They left me wthout enough money to pay bills, food or my meds. Sorry. There isn't
anything else they can do for me. I now have had to start procedings to divorce my husband of 49 and a half years just so I can keep my head above water and not have to live on the streets.

Illegals come in here and I have to keep hearing about their rights. Where, may I ask, are mine? It was my grandfather who fought to keep my rights, not theirs. My husband and I worked hard to ensure our future only to have to hand it over to them.

Illegal is just that. Go home and stop robbing me of my birthright!

Our stupid government is soooooooooooooo stupid they think we legals don't have enough sense when they are trying soooooooooooooo hard to pull something over on us. Our own government has crawled into bed with the criminal CEOs of the country for the sole purpose of a power grab. The dems and the Bush Reps both wanted these criminal invaders as partners in crime at our legal expense. No one in our government has a backbone to do the right thing and enforce our immigration laws. But there are some who want that done. One of those groups is the MinuteMen. I salute them. They are very patriotic. I remember Bush called them vigilantes. What a guy, what a guy. Now his replacement is trying to do the same thing. Only he is a much more smoother talker than Bush.
