No! Obama would simply be breaking the law. The laws are on the books that addresses immigration. If non-US Citizens want to immigrate, then do it legally. Undocumented immigrants are illegal immigrants. They are breaking the law and if they are caught then just deport them. No amnesty is needed. Read US Code 8. |

No, that power belongs to the U.S. citizens. Reagan may have gotten Amnesty passed, but upon reflection even he admitted it was one of his biggest mistakes. All it did was create a bigger problem. |
