Yes, and only legal immigrants and Americans should be able to get drivers licenses. It's against federal law for illegal aliens to get drivers licenses, but a few liberal states allow them to obtain them, which puts people in all the US states at risk.

Yes. Our signs are in English and the tests should be given in English.

Hell, yes!

There are so many street signs in written English, a driver who doesn't speak at least enough English to pass a silly drivers' license test is a danger on the roads.

As far as I know but you can take a friend as long as s/he lives at a different address than yours to help with the translation.
