Absolutely not. What employer would want to hire someone who is guided purely by greed?
Illegals are here to make their lives better, they are not here to help American Citizens or the AMERICAN way of life. They are proud to be Mexican and NOT interested in being American. They are here to take what they can get and hope Americans will give and give til it hurts.
Hiring illegals is a reward that keeps them coming across because they CAN! |

No, because it just teaches people that being dishonest and cheating the system is o.k. |

If we do that then where does it end?
Do we give shoplifters a free pass? What about burglars? Rapists?
It is just a stupid notion to put the law aside because there are a lot of violators.
The only way we could ever do that and not have it be a moral issue is if we as a country decided that we would no longer have any borders and people could move about freely. That would also be the end of this country as several hundred million would come here in a few years though.
Instead we should put in place a law that places a lifetime ban on all illegals from ever coming here for any purpose. Caught once and never again. Caught twice and fines & jail time. No citizenship ever, no travel ever and no worker visa ever! |

As an immigrant myself (legal in my case), I don't think so. I know why they do it, they want a better future for them and their families, and I really feel for them but, if they want to become part of this country, they should know this country has rules, and they should be obeyed. |

Illegal immigrants should be kicked out of the country. |

Yes! If caught working in the US they should be placed on a chain gang where they are legal to work off their prison sentence before being deported back to their country of origin! Maybe we could put the employers on the same chain gang! |

No. It would not be fair to the MILLIONS of immigrants who came through or are going through the NORMAL and LEGAL process!
How would you feel if you were standing in line and 20 million people cut in front of you?????? |

No. They are part of the reason this country is so screwed up now. |

No! They broke legitimate U.S. laws. If they want to come to this country then they should get on line like the rest of the legal immigrants and do it legally. Economic benefits do not justify breaking the law. |

they should get no legal status of any kind in this country. illegals deserve nothing but deported and severely punished! they are a drain on this country and we do not need or want them here. they need to return on their own or we will deport them! |

Should all criminals be declared innocent in a criminals amnesty? |

All countries and there borders should be abolished, along with capitalism.
Until then borders just separate workers from each other and make it easier for the capitalist to exploit us, and making some workers illegal does the same thing.
Its is in the interests of all the people who live in america that there should not be a separate group of people who can easily be bullied into accepting lower wages and worse conditions, because this makes everyone's wages and conditions worse. So every one who cares about there wages and conditions should support illegal immigrants being given legal working status |

No. All illegals regardless of country need to enter into the United States legally. If an illegal is found working, they should be deported and the option to be given legal status should never enter into play. After all they are illegal and all illegals are criminals. No criminal should be given legal status. |

Yes they should. |

Yes, they should go to the back of the line and apply to get legal working status. They should immigrate legally or face deportation.
I like your trick question. |

The problems you face from illeagals coming here are all caused by the government, nothing physicly happens to you when a person crosses an invisible line.dont you feel scamed knowing the government cannot stop them and yet make you pay for it?am i the only one who sees the truth?!!!this is getting rediculous......why blame illeagals?i blame the government, the fact that illeagals do get employment here is proof......why is that ok,but not them hopping a wall. |

They should. Theyre already here. Why pay money to send them back to where theyre from, just to have them come back again? Might as well give them the oppurtunity to become legal while they are working so they can in turn, pay their taxes so everyone cant stop crying about it. You get your money and they get their money, fine! You should consider this being the bigger person and helping them become legal, rather than just crying about it.
And for that person who said all theyre worried about is being proud of being Mexican? Duh! And all they want is money for them and their families?? Well duh again! What do you go to work for? Im assuming to feed and take care of your family? Well thats the only reason why I go to work, if it were up to me, I would never go! Sorry, but my family comes first before any other American Citizen! |

YES! because a lot of US businesses rely on them because they are hard working people that don't make demands for benefits, higher wages, weekend and Holidays off. They are a big part in our labor work force, and this same labor work force is in a crisis right now, all because of the new immigration laws and the inhumane raids. Keep these people in American (ones without criminal records) so they can continue pumping their money into the economy, paying taxes and help keep these companies moving!. They are even in Texas helping out with the cleanup as they where after Katrina.

U.S. Farm Labor Crisis
http://www.saveusfarms.org/
Without an adequate agriculture workforce, we are in serious danger of losing control of our food supply—many of our nation’s farm families will fail, U.S. farms will foreclose and will continue to move labor-intensive agriculture production offshore. This will result in the loss of tens of thousands of American Jobs and could compromise the abundance, quality and safety of the food we and our families consume. There is an emerging global food crisis, and we cannot afford to delay any longer. We need to fix the farm labor crisis now. Permanent reforms may require more time, but we can take steps this year to protect U.S. farms and domestic food production. |

Are you not aware of The North American Union? (Goggle it). It’s a treaty that Bush signed that amalgamates US, Canada and Mexico as one country destroying all borders. Your stars and strips are to go as well as the dollar. New currency is called the Newmero (goggle it).
In 20 years time there will be no US, only an area of the only an area of The North American Union. It will become a police state directed by the new world order and the population will have been carefully reduced by 85%.

No.
Of course, you have to realize that illegal immigrants do a lot of work for very small wages and some industries (I am thinking of agricultural here, where machines cannot always pick crops which are fragile) depend on them for survival. So we have a system where people who don't want to pay higher prices for many goods and services are willing to turn a blind eye.
So the question is not "should they be allowed" so much as "are we (as a society) willing to put our money where our mouth is? I wish I were more sure we would all say yes. |
