Come on people, LET'S Be REALISTIC, and REASONABLE. . .
No, because that wouldn't be a great idea for the US to do, and it would only cause chaos.
And no, because it's not practical, it's not going to happen, it won't happen, it's a fact, is that clear?
People can complain and cry about it but it won't or ever happen, so don't worry, ok?
edit. . . .
You can give me and the others thumbs down but that only questions what kind of person you are. and we use common sense when we say "No." |

Yes they should. The same as illegal aliens living in any other country are deported from THAT country. We are no different than any other country.
Every country has immigration laws. Every country enforces them. Every country has the RIGHT to enforce them. Period. |

? Dirty Martini ?

Yes they should. Thanks for asking. |

Yes... illegal aliens should definitely be deported!! If we take away the freebies & jobs... they will self deport. They should take their children also. That way we don't seperate their families the way they complain will happen. |

Illegal aliens-yes. Every last one of them. Get in line behind those immigrating here legally. This is fair. As it should be. |

every single one of them and if it will cost so much money then so be it! they are here illegally and breaking our laws! get every single one of them forget about all those saying that we are a land of immigrants, yes we are and lets not make this a land of illegals and lawbreakers. no mercy! |

Phew this is a tough one... Not! Let's me real, there illegal of course they should be deported. There should be no second guessing. Look at the results of the illegals not being deported after committing a crime, they commit more serious crimes. They are also stealing peoples social security numbers. They need to be kicked out and prevented from coming in. |

Nope...the economy would crash...we don't even know how many there are...estimated 12-20 million...think about it that's like a natural disaster killing that many people...do you really think that we could get away with it without any consequences...ofcourse not!!!...this will deffinitely effect a number of things...and later we would deeply regret it!
And everyone who says yes think about it... and this is really showing how shallow you actually are... |

If there are 22 million of them and one investigator and three removal officers arrest one each day and an attorney prosecutes 4 a day, that means it will take about 75 years to find them all and issue removal orders if we double the Office of Detention and Removals.
That might actually help alot of them. Currently, there is no method of legalizing EWIs and overstays unless they are brought before a judge and given the opportunity to apply for a stay of removal.
Since there is no way we can build enough detention centers for any but the worst criminals, the rest will get social security cards and EADs and can get green cards if they can show that it would be a hardship for them to leave, or at least they can stay for a couple of years while their appeals are heard and then a few more while they are caught again and subject to expedited removal.
So if we double the agents and quadruple the attorneys, we can get to them all within 150 years assuming no more get in, |

if the us wanted to stop the flow we could build the electrified tall razor ribboned cameraed attack doged -worse than china's great--but we don't,really the govt chooses not to, why-you know our economy depends on cheap labor-(india)if americans picked lettuce and demanded $10 / hr and benefits then lettuce would cost $5 / head no one could afford it and lettuce growers would go out of business its all political and lobbyists |

Of course. People speeding should get tickets, too, but they don't /all/ get tickets, do they? Law enforcement has it's limits. |

WE have to send a strong message that this is not acceptable. Part of the problem is the corrupt Mexican government. It is impractical to deport millions ot illegals but there should be some penalty for breaking the law. |

Yes, simple as that.
They got here one at a time illegally, the same way they will be deported.
If we remove the reasons they come, they WILL stop coming...and most will return on their own.
Deport the rest. That simple. |

Ummm
I'm not sure that could bring collateral effects that would not be good at all for our economy.
I'd deport all the ones that don't do anything for the economy and educate the ones that try to improve the way they live. |

This not only applies to the USA, the UK has an equally large problem. Does not the word illegal say it all?? If I do something illegal (like the hideous crime of parking my car one inch over a double yellow line) I would be made to pay for the "crime". They know that they are committing an offence when they come here. "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime". Send them back! |

Yes they should be. All of their posessions here should also be seized, and auctioned off to cover the expense of transporting them out of here. |

Definitely. Immediately wouldn't be soon enough! |

Yes. Actually, they should be forced out for their own good. If we deport them, 90% will make it back before the buses that took them over will. If a law is passed that will make it impossible for illegals to find work, they'll leave on their own accord. It costs less and the effect is the same minus the sneaking back in part. |

I think it should be looked at on a case by case basis. It just wouldn't be practical and rational to round up people and deport them all at once. They should take into consideration how long they have been here, are they married, do they have US citizen children, have they committed any crimes other than crossing illegally, etc? I think we should be more compassionate and give good people a chance. Just deport the dangerous felons not the good and hard working people who love the USA! |

My solution to one of the Illegal Immagrants problems is:
You can usually expect a three hour wait before being taken care of at any Emergncy room In CA, TX. FL. NM. AZ,
Just walk in wearing the patch seen

above and You will be amazed at how fast the rooms clears out and you are seen |

Yes but it looks like LaRaza may have plans for the elections, the illegals are being told which states don't require identification at the polls. |
