THAT would save the TAXPAYERS billions of dollars!!! Actually, instead of putting criminals in prison,(paid for by US), they should send ALL OF THEM to Iraq, Afganistan,etc,etc and tell them, "you FIGHT for this country, or you DO NOT return to the U.S.!!! AFTER ALL,criminals are JUST AS BAD as the illegals, the taxpayers are STUCK supporting their sorry butts too!! As to your second question, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE between ILLEGALS (CRIMINALS) and prisoners (criminals)???!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, because they have ALL broken OUR laws!!!! If they are here illegally, yes. In addition, if someone is going through the legal immigration process and they commit a felony, they should not be allowed to complete the process. It is time we are choosey as to who we let into this great country of ours.

If the ex-cons are American citizens, then 'no', they shouldn't be deported anywhere. Because being a convict, ex- or otherwise, doesn't matter: you would still be a bona fide American, and would be entitled to the same rights that any other American is given.

And, to your last question: Ex-cons are entitled to live in America because, ironically, they are here LEGALLY. Illegal immigrants are here, well,...ILLEGALLY (no irony THERE). Therefore, by adhering to the rule of law, I would rather have ex-cons living in the U.S., as opposed to illegal immigrants.

Vague question as usual! If the excons are here illegally, then yes deport them. If the incarcerated are here illegally, then yes deport them. Common theme here is illegal immigrant. They all broke the law and should be deported. Our country does not want or need someone that does not follow the law in our country. It is hard enough to finance our people without financing illegals as well

However, yeah, I'd like to see at least repeat ex-cons deported. Unfortunately, except for the ones who are also illegal immigrants, we don't have that option.

Cuba got away with sending us some boatloads of criminals and mental patients, but it's amazing how no country wants ex-cons. They have to take their own back, though.

If I could get rid of our violent or repeat criminals in exchange for keeping illegal immigrants who are hard workers, sure, I'd do it. That isn't the choice, though.

However, I suspect that at the end of the day illegal immigrants who are hard workers and already here will stay, anyhow, once the border is secure.

Ex cons are not in prison. If they are immigrants who have commited felonies, they should be deported. Ex cons have the right to live here, illegal aliens do not.

No. Unfortunately some of the illegals are ex-cons. But how about making the icarcerated do the jobs that illegals do and get rid of welfare.
