The US does not take over anyone, We are concerned worldly peace keepers, ok that makes me laugh too but honestly that is what we are trying to accomplish is world peace which we know as long as man walks the earth is not going to happen. Besides we don't want Mexico or any other right now we are just pissed that we got attacked and are making sure it does not happen again. If someone knocked my house down I would be pissed too human nature. Of course I am assuming this is the root of the question. Great question because it really got some interesting answers.

No, Mexico is our friend. Beside during Mexican-American War (1846-48) We took Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah from them. Lets give our amigos down south a break.

we need to find a answer to this immigration problem quickly!we could consider making mexico a u.s.territory and then therefore in control moreso but that idea has flaws-like all those people and that much more drain on our economy.we need to work with them and come to a workable solution ? but what that solution is ? If you meant making mexico a state?i would think not.we do have to do something to solve this problem or the problem will desolve us!well be a part of the immigrants country and what will that be like?i am not against the mexican people but as a nation we have to watch over our own interests and hopefully try to be a aid to others.At this time because of the unfound tunnels and other unkown avenues into the U.S. we really dont know what we are dealing with concerning organized crimes involvement and how far reaching is their control over whats done about this relationship that u.s. has with mexico? Not that their are illegal dealings,but so much is unknown it becomes a concern when that situation does not change for the better .Then it looks like that bussiness will continue on as usual, aye!what i mean is maybe we cant see in---but i see whats coming out into our country. we have an awful lot of people in our country that we dont know their real names that are illegally here.they have taken jobs that should go to those who are americans.the argument on the other side is the plight of the one who is here working illegally to support his or her family and bring them over here as well.Thats a story that could have a happy ending ,at least a chance at one if they went by the rules and tried that way.i certainly dont know all the answers but where will we get money to manage a takeover of mexico?This is just a thought but why do we have to keep doing things the same if they dont work?if all people who were working in u.s. were on a work permit,and their wasnt any illegal immigrants,those on permits should be making less than those american workers who live here ,pay taxes here and build their lives and families here,i guess thats where part of the problem began,now that employers know they can get their jobs done at cheaper prices than by americans, we already have lost business's to this problem!i guess that was one of the reasons that you asked this question,i suppose coming to some kind of agreement with mexico is necessary to solve this problem on both sides.whatever happens it should be by agreement on both sides not by "taking over mexico" ---we have enough problems with our recent past of being the bully on the block,we need to start exercising some good sense and try to work out our problems other than by force,we spoken loud enough ,everybody knows what we said and what we did,but we can stop with the violence and try to begin to be a country who has come back to its senses!!!! does anybody at all remember what 'Jesus said "to love thy neighbor as thyself"?
