YES!!!!! The crap that took place yesterday, was some BS!!
And the little Posse thinks they can do whatever they want without repercussions!! (they know who they are, some even flat out was laughing about it, condoning it) Law Suit and criminal investigation needs to happen in this matter.

If Yahoo is knowingly allowing an Employee of theirs to be giving out personal information--yes they could be liable. And the employee could be in trouble. And so could the receiver of information. If Yahoo is aware of the problem and takes no action-yes.
Keeping records of reports and names is a good step. As Yahoo does have certain rules they must abide by. And keep records of who you talk with at Yahoo.
That is up to some to decide if they want to pursue it.
Some things could be action suits--all business even private have rules they have to follow.
I know this as fact.
I am not sure what you feel is uncontitutional though. Abuse in what way? |
