the notion that illegal aliens dont pay taxes is stupid.
do you think that they go super markets and load up on groceries that come out $150 and say i will only pay $120 and not the $30 in taxes because i am an illegal?
the only tax they dont pay is income tax and that is not true for all either. you can get a tax ID # from the IRS and works like a social security card with out the benefits. many illegal aliens own property and pay taxes because they have a tax id #. if every person that came here illegaly must be kicked out then lets start from the first ones.
ALL CAUCASIONS MUST EXIT THE COUNTRY FIRST since the native americans are the only TRUE legal residents.

If you follow the law, this person would have to be deported. If we cannot enforce our laws then what is the purpose of having them? If you do not enforce it then it sends a signal that we don't believe in them and it is acceptable for all to disregard the law.

Yes. They should not be here in the first place so all rights that they have been given by being here are forfeit. Over 84 hospitals in Southern California alone have had to close their doors because illegal immigrants are using emergency rooms as clinics and don't pay the bill. The physical assault on our border patrol has tripled over the past year. Terrorists are now teaching their followers Spanish and paying corrupt military officials and drug traffickers to sneak them across the Mexico-America border. If these people can't follow the first rule of entry and apply for legal citizenship they obviously have no concern for the laws of this country and should be expelled.

The good old USA is one of the hardest countries to enter legally. It's the hardest country to live in legally ( we have 3 million in jail right now). We have more convicted felons than any country in the world. We have more lawyers than any country in the world and the taxpayers a welling to shell out big money into the deportation game so why should anyone be exempt from participation. If you get deported, just come on back. To answer you question though, I don't think anyone should be deported .

They should not be. Though they did come here illegally, they have proved themselves to be productive members of society and have lived their life accordingly. Those comparing us to robbers or murders are way off base.

If they are illegal they have no social security number unless they purchase one fraudulently. Illegals cost the US with increased crime rates and money spent trying to keep them out. Legals also cost the US with increased crime rates, lower property values, and the huge boatload of services they swallow up (eg. welfare) from our local government offices.
