My boyfriend and i are deciding which country to move to.
we would only be going for a year and therefore want to make the right decision!

Go to Europe (UK, France, Netherlands, Germany) or Australia. The US is great if you are really rich and Canada is for people who are 1/2 US and 1/2 European. |

Based on the current economic climate, the USA would be last on my list. |

If you choose the US, the first thing you want to do is buy a gun so that you can protect your family. Over 100,000 murders in America from 2002 through 2006. In America, the crime clock continues to click: one murder every 22 minutes, one rape every 5 minutes, one robbery every 49 seconds, and one burglary every 10 seconds. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroine and marijuana, crossed into the U. S from the Southern border. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US.
You see, we have a Federal Government and a Judicial System that operates on a severe retarded level.

only for 1 year? thats not moving - thats just visiting.
Either you need lots of money and apply for a tourist visa and then extend it as mnay times as needed. You cannot work or study on this viSa.
Or you can get a work permit, work there and travel in the weekends.

i Would say australia as my first choice. I used to live in toronto canada, its not bad there but dont move anywhere else in canada :) and as for the usa if you dont have a diploma my friend, your gonna face 12 hour shifts just to get by. |

Go to Canada where we sit around and drink beer all the time.
The United States is much to dangerous with all the guns and the economy in the tank.
Australia is all burnt up so there won't be much left to see. |
