as a "ditch digger" in Fla for 20 yrs (yes he worked with a shovel at times) putting the sewer lines in Sarasota, does that constitute a job Americans don't want? Also I worked in a restaurant for about 40 yrs. We are white American born citizens. Why didn't someone tell us we were doing jobs Americans don't want? We wasted all those years and bought a house and raised a family. Where did we go wrong?

Amen! good for you! I had this same argument with my husband last night! There are plenty of americans out there doing whatever it takes to support themselves and there families, i really do see a problem with the next generation however, my step son is 20 and lazy as can be, so are his friends...these kids, just don't get it. I had 3 jobs at his age, and wouldn't be caught dead asking my parents for ANYTHING! |
