Then if this is your dream do not complete your education and you too will be able to be a crop picker. If you are of legal age and a tax payer, you wouldn't be writing something that is absolutely ridiculous. If it boils down to lower taxes and higher groceries, and I will choose that for myself. If you have ever noticed we get a majority of our produce from South American countries and New Zealand and are not picked by illegal immigrants. |

The hospitals will be able to operate their ER's as intended, and if they closed, they may reopen.
Probably 100% of the teachers in California will keep their jobs.
Crime by illegals will disappear. Our criminals may notice a void in the turf occupied by Nortenos, Surrenos, and Bulldogs in my area. But lets face it, there are enough first generation thugs born here that can keep that stuff going. |

It would be wonderful!!! Of course, it will take a little time to get my neighborhood cleaned up and for the hospitals to re-open, but the savings on my real estate bill alone would be worth paying higher prices for produce. Of course, growing my own has been a big help already. It will be nice to get my quiet little town back to where the drive by shooting cease because of the illegals and their gangs. Ohhhhhh, what a wonderful thing this will be when all the criminal illegal aliens are all deported. |

If 80% of teachers in California are teaching illegals then YES taxes will go down when 80% of the teachers are unnecessary and fired. THEY can pick cabbage but no American will be expected to pick for illegal alien rates, they will get the legal citizen rate.

The day they are deported is when Americans can get jobs back. I know they concentrate on the 0.02 per head of cabbage because that's what politicians what you to think.
I lived in Cali. I know illegals have good jobs there. Jobs that pay 11 or 12.00 an hour. That was over 6 years ago.
I know a guy from the Midwest who who left a good job at Ford Motor Co. because his yard business had gotten so big and was paying more then Ford.
He did not hire illegals but had a thriving business. In Cali so much yard work is done by illegals it should be illegal.
They want you to think that we have no use for the jobs illegals do and obviously you will believe anything.
Maybe you do need to pick cabbage. |

the u.s. has a teacher shortage, so they could go anywhere in this big beautiful country they want to get a job. isn't it illegal to pay an illegal only .02 per head? taxes will stay the same, but will be able to do more things with it. you know giving our soldiers the medical treatments they deserve. crime would definitely go down in my neighborhood. |

If you are currently unemployed, and have no skills, that's a possibility. Though, with the decreased suply in that labor market, you'll be making more than the illegals did - and your employer will be forced to comply with OSHA standards.

Yes. California is facing a severe shortage of teachers, and many class rooms are staffed by unqualified individuals - they may lose thier jobs, but actual teachers will mostly still be needed. More to the point, the revenues that fund education will not drop much (since relatively few illegals own homes and pay property taxes), while enrollment will drop, allowing more resources to go to the remaining (citizen & legal) students. So you could expect to see music, science, sports, and after-school programs restored.
