My brother originally petitioned for my mom for green cart application..now he is unemployed and he ask me to be the joint sponsor. To fill the form i-864, does he also need to fill this form separately, or i just fill the box 1d? also should he also fill the box 1a, since he was the petitioner originally? then at the starts it says < I, john Doe, ...>. should we put both of our names here??..thanks
