a guy married a canadian citizen woman, after got immigrant to canada, got PR visa after 30 he may also get PR card to live, work or study there
after 30 days getting PR card if he will file for divorce this is fraud or not???
canadian gov can deport him back for the crime of using a canadian citizen for PR card??
what may happen to him???
will that woman has any right to throw him out of country???

Looks like a fraud. The woman has no rights to throw him out of the country, she's not immigration. The immigration authorities has their right to fight immigration scams.
So if this guy is smart, he will wait alittle longer before getting divorced, also I would yell and make a big fight in the house - so if immigration will want a prove that's it's not a scam - they can ask the neighbours, they heard you two fighting and you just can't live together, what else will you do but divorce? |

If he gets PR card & files for divorce, it will definitely is & will look like a fraud, but it wont be that easy to deport him, once he has the PR card.
But its up to woman, try to forget him & move on with her life OR stuck with anger & wants a revenge. If she wants revenge then she should file a complaint with CIC mentioning all her reasons & then its up to CIC to pursue the case, he may get deported depends upon his situation. |

Yes that is fraud, and if caught he couldl get deported from Canada, as well as be barred from getting visa's for work, visits, etc. in the future. |
