I was born in Russia and I grew up in France. I hold a Russian birth certificate and no passport (I never travelled abroad so I never needed one)
The thing is, I'm engaged to a wonderful man who is half English and half French and lives in the UK where his business is so I'd have to move with him to be in the UK and I don't know if I'd need a visa or not because I'm Russian born. I'm half Russian and half French is that makes any difference. I am currently in England at the moment visiting him.

I was about 7 months old when I moved to France. I'm not 100% if I had a passport. If I did then I don't know because I never applied for one

You said you are in england right now and you dont have any passport and you were in france. How did you enter in UK? if you enter illegaly thats mean you are illeagal in Uk. you can not work there. and sooner they are issuing Identity cards to their citizens. Second you can not marry that guy unless you have leagal documents. You can try for french nationalty. or last chance go to russia and marry that guy, he will apply for you as a spouse with Uk embassy in russia. |

How were you able to enter the UK in the first place if you don't have a passport???? I guess the Border Agency isn't doing their job. You are in the UK illegally and can be deported, and banned from the country for 10 years if caught.
You need to go back to France and see if you qualify for a French passport based on the amount of time you lived there. If you do, then you can move to the UK no problem after you get a French passport.
If you don't qualify, then you need to apply for a Russian passport and your fiance would have to apply for a fiance visa on your behalf. |

So how you enter France without a passport? You could claim French citizenship and them have a passport to travel to the UK. If you get French citizenship you are also an EU citizen. You won't need a visa to enter the UK. If you get Russian passport you need a visa to enter the UK. Since you mention your half French try applying for French citizenship |
