Question - Why is it that to gain entry into Australia and the USA you have to prove that you will conribute to their economy, have a job already to go to, prove that you are solvent - and NOT claim from the state.......... Whereas if we did this in Britain - we would be labeled as being racist???

Basically, because New Labour no longer recognises Britain as a Nation State, and therefore, do not consider it to have a border, particular against other European countries. The Governments thinking and its behaviour is consistent with moving us ever nearer to a Federal States of Europe. We actually don't need this immigration at all, despite all the pathetic excuses that are made to try to justify it. When you consider that we have 3.5 million people(acknowledged by the Government) on the benefits register that should be on the unemployment register, then, that largely answers the question, do we need them? Small numbers of immigrants coming in according to genuine need is fine, but if you need more, then there is something seriously wrong with your systems of education and job training. It goes without saying that you also create huge social problems.

To Gin Sink: do you know, how many health professionals employed by NHS (doctors, dentists, midwives, carers etc.) are actually immigrants?
There is no shortage of money spent on NHS, there is just far too much bureaucracy there - and too many bureaucrats. And it has nothing to do with immigration...

Should they all be brought back here? Should people be forced to live in their country of birth, never allowed to work or study in another country, much less allowed to marry someone foreign? That would be crazy. Migration - freedom of movement - is a good thing. People should be free to go wherever they want to make the best of their lives. That doesn't mean taking benefits, which most immigrants don't come for anyway. There's always some good and some bad in any group of people.

I left Canada because it wasn't Canadian anymore. The UK has equally changed for the worse in the last few years. I find myself in a former Soviet territory and its like Canada was in the 70's. Absolutely no non-whites and whether you want to hear it or not,its great! I love the fact that i can go anywhere and not have to look at any of this scum. We must fight to stop the EU dictatorship and the PC morons behind it. Reverse Immigration at any cost. My Grandfather fought so that i could live free. God knows, but were idiot's, were letting in far to many and it's at crisis point, we cant house them all and if there's so much much work in the UK how comes we have so many unemployed, I'm fed up with beggars and them annoying people that wanna clean your wind screen. the crime rates rocketing and society is being dragged down by them, they have no manners , you only have to travel on public transport to see that, the other day i was on a bus full of foreigners and an old lady got on the bus and not one of them offered her a seat . I also think that any immigrant legal or illegal caught committing a crime should be instantly deported and not allowed back, that's the way the Australians do it and it seems to work just fine. but what do we do? we house them in prison and then let them go to do it again . it should also be compulsory to learn English too!

Yes by far, most don't get whats happening to our infrastructure as a result of this uncontrolled situation.......

The Health Services (Doctors, GP's, A &E, Dental care Mid wives, Family planning) are being crippled by oversubsrciption and its use by those who have not contributed (in Taxes) to it's up keep (ie ILLEGAL immigrants). Also the same is true of Social and Legal services - as one is not exempt from our care just because their status isnt legitimate -while they are here they are looked after/housed/ represented/defended/and cared for.

The costs of the above is staggering ( the National Health service is in the record books as being amoung the top 5 in THE WORLD for numbers of employers - just hang on to that thought for a second - there are 65million people (+/-) in the UK and TWO HUNDRED and 65million in the USA. WHY OH WHY would we have an employer that is in the top five wage payers in the world???? A-N-D is being crippled with demand -

i.e. the strain of immigration on the NHS is so great that an organisation that employes one of the largest numbers of people on the planet cannot cope........ we are truely f*cked....... so to all you doubters "now do you get it!!!!"

I go off the following, which I have seen happening in my home city of Manchester with my own eyes before anyone accuses me of swallowing media spin:-
Areas in my home city of Manchester being turned into ghettoes by African immigrants. A friend of mine and I were walking down a street inhabited exclusively by Somalis and two of them walked up to us, asked us what we were doing on 'their' street and then threatened us with a knife. The police did nothing.
Africans parking on the local pay and display car park and thinking that they are exempt from paying for some reason.
Africans driving around in cars that are untaxed, uninsured and unregistered, then when one of them had an accident he then drove off without stopping.
An African shoplifting about Â£200 worth of stuff in the local tesco express then when he was caught acting as if he was right to steal and the shop staff had no right to try and stop him.
Two somalis in the queue in front of me in Netto with a full trolley and a wad of Â£20 notes about an inch thick complaining that they dont get enough money in their benefits.
Africans being given parking tickets while they are driving round in BMW's and Mercs and complaining that they cant afford to pay parking fines or buy pay and display tickets because they are on benefits.

What an excellent question, Jesus where do I start, well it's a catastrophy in the waiting, there are so many immigrant's throughout England and Scotland ( I don't know what the figures are for Ireland and Wales, but I do know what's happening in England and Scotland, and it is very ALARMING, these immigrant's whether legal or illeagle, are DESTROYING our culture, they are being allowed in by the million's and the true Britt's are leaving by the million's, they are arriving within all the small town's and villages at an alarming rate, and the local's feel so violated, it's horrible what's happening over there, some people say that the population is dying off, and they are right big time, I don't think that time can be stopped or turned back in this case, but the thing that I am most concerned about is "OUR ROYAL FAMILY" what is to become of them???? God only, know's the answer to that, I am aware that the world's population's are migrating to every corner of the world, so life as we all knew it is dead and gone, VERY, VERY, SAD, but "TRUE".

It difficult to expect people you invite into your country to behave all the time,they are only human and we have laws to protect their human integrity as much as their ill-intentions.
In the past the UK was seen as a safe place for people come if they were being persecuted against. These days with the human gernome so well on its way to total diversification anyway, a housing shortage seems to be more of a up-comming issue.
