If my international Russian passport expired but I am a Russian studying in U.S and I need to travel very soon back home, what can I do? is there any way I can go to russia with my expired passport?

Just contact your closest Russian embassy and get your passport renewed. You probably won't be allowed on the plane to go back to Russia on an expired passport. |

I really do not understand why people put themselves into such a position. If you have an expired passport--how do you think you are going to go anywhere??? I would also check you international visa for being a student, just in case that also expired!
Looks like you are going to need some advise from an attorney--get your check book out. |
