sikh's hindus and chinese have no trouble integrating because they cause no trouble so they are welcome to live with us.

others just cause trouble and try to stir up racial hatred-i have yet to hear of a threat against the UK from the sikh or hindustani communities.

the muslims are always threatening someone-and that is why they will never be accepted anywhere outside their homelands-they will not be happy until the UK is an islamic state.

the sikh's hindu's and chinese have more respect and dignity than to even consider such an action.

we are not the racist ones-if we were the races mentioned above would not have got a chance back in the 1950's-they would have been driven out from day 1.

sikh's and hindu's are happy so long as you do not interfere with them-they respect other religeons beliefs and diety's-and so in turn they leave us alone-they do not try to force their beleifs and laws onto those who are not interested.

Chinese new year everybody welcome, Nottinghill carnival everybody welcome Diwali everybody welcome, Ramadan err bugger off we're closed! where i'm from lots of Turks and other Muslims that refuse to open or refuse to serve alcohol before sundown during Ramadan don't stay open very long. The Chineses close on their new year, thats one day fair play to them but the whole of Ramadan, kebab shops and Muslim curry houses won't open before sundown in an area thats 100 percent Catholic! and even when they open they won't serve booze during Ramadan. Excuse me, you weren't invited you opened a business in an area where pork and booze are part of the diet, its not racism on your part it's down to bad homework by them. They don;t have to eat with you but they can at least serve you what you want to eat. I've heard them call me a pig eater, like i was a disease i don't see them call their kids friends of pig eaters when they go to my local CATHOLIC school

It depends on whether there are frictions between communities. Obviously if a community are following a culture which is against integrating or against working with different cultures, then that would cause friction in society. Discriminating other people occurs in all cultures.

The British abroad will tell you that they prefer to retain their own culture, language and traditions.To mix with fellow Brits. Ain't a thing wrong with that. But it's whine with cheese to complain that other people want to do the same thing here.

Your average Brit abroad wouldn't integrate in convulsions. So it's "do as I say, not as I do". An interesting way of thinking to say the least.

As an ex-pat I can honestly say that Brits are no more racist than anyone else so to answer your question, No it is not down to racism on your part.

Dingleberry, where do you get your figures? I and many ex-pats that I have met in my travels have and do integrate with the locals, we wouldnÂ´t get very far if we didnÂ´t, we also respect their customs and if we dont like them we move on, I respectfully suggest that you spend some time away from your keyboard and move abroad then you can see for yourself.

just look into the demographics, but i think even the sikhs are a problem in turns of that. Look at leicester - where ethnic minorities now outnumber indiginous brits. but the londonistan joke is now getting quite serious, but no one has the balls to stop this. Instead we hear propoganda about how much multiculturalism will benefit our society.

I think its quite equal for all people to enter here. Probably Sikhs. Hindus, Chinese like Britain so they try to come here. Some people from other backgrounds might not want to come here so there is less people from other backgrounds.

Why do British ex-pats have the lowest rate of integration in the world in the countries they go to?

Take the Britons in Spain. They don't learn the language. They don't make Spanish friends. They eat fish and chips. They start pubs called the Red Lion and the Black Horse and hang around with other chavs.

When British people abroad - 5,500,000 of them, or to put it another way, one in ten of all Britons - integrate and respect the cultures they join, then maybe there's an argument to say that other cultures coming into Britain should do the same.

Until Britons show similar respect to their new homelands, they should keep very, very quiet about those who wish to retain their own cultures here.

Response to Paul R: The opening sentence of this answer is what's called a 'rhetorical question'. That is, one that requires no answer. As an Englishman, you should have paid closer attention during your English lessons.

I also note that neither you or your BNP fellow travellers have any answer to the point. The British signally fail to assimilate or adapt abroad. Until such time as they do, don't ask other cultures to do that which the British are unwilling to do themselves.
