Urgent...Can h1b holder can hold two h1b at the same time?

From company A i transfered my h1b to Company B and Company C. Through Company B i got one project and signed my I-9 and he genereated the paystubs after that i'm on bench for 2 months.

Now company C is offering a project for me and he don't know i worked for Company B.

My question is can i work for Company C without transfering my H1 from company B (since company B and C is having my approval notice which is transfered from A)

No, you may hold only one H1-B and you can only be admitted the country on one visa at a time. You are only allowed to work for the company listed on the visa you are admitted on.

You appear to be in violation of status. You cannot transfer from one
company to another without the new employer having received approval
after having filed the petition I-129 with immigration.. It is unlawful to begin the new employment until the approval is received.

Yes. To work for 2 companies, you must have 2 H1B's from each employer.
