hey iam 16 year old egyptian citizen and my sibiling is 14 and my uncle lives in us and he wanna adopt us ..will i be able to get us citizen automatically if he adopted us?

Both you and your brother are too old for adoption for immigration purposes. Adoption is a complicated lengthy process.

No. Children must be adopted prior to age 16 by a US citizen and must have resided with and been in legal custody of the US citizen for
two years before being eligible fo a visa.

As noted, you're too old at this point to qualify this way. And since your sibling is 14 so is the sibling. Since you aren't orphans, generally available for adoption in Egypt, while your uncle could adopt you, he would have to have you in his custody for 2 years to establish his relationship as your father to be able to file petitions for you.

no, i don't think you do. i'm pretty sure you will have to apply for it and go through the regular screening process becuase you were not born here and your birth parents are not american citizens.
