Visiting My Girlfriend in the USA: Please Help?

I am planning on visiting my girlfriend in the united states very soon. I am currently 17 years old and she is 15. When i go i will be staying with her dad for the period of time using the visa waiver program. Ive been before but last time i went i stayed with her mum.

Her father just got out of jail recently for DUI and i was wondering would that affect immigration letting me in? I dont want to travel all the way there and get my hopes so high for them to say we cant let you in because of that. Can anyone help?
