I got pulled over before, and got a warning. The cop was black, does that mean he is a racist ? NO, it does not. I don't know why your husband gets pulled over all the time, but like most claims aginst police being racist aginst any minority is untrue. Infact it is such a touchy subject most officers would prefer to keep themselves from getting any where near that situation.

Depends on what he's driving. I know people in Northern Virginia that can't drive a SUV b/c they're black and are constantly stopped by police. If I were in this situation I might go crazy.

Well, the illegal immigrants came here, using illegal ID's (a felony) they got welfare, food stamps, low rent housing, free or low cost medical care on the tax payers dollar. We got mad about that and made our government look into the illegal immigrant issue. Those illegal immigrants and their supporters then staged a stupid protest in which they flew the flag of the country they were fleeing 'from' above our (USA) flag which was upside down. They called Americans filthy names, demanded rights they didn't have, and then had the gall to think we would accept them. lmao!! Since the biggest majority of ILLEGALS in our country (USA) are of Latino heritage, I guess that makes your husband a 'suspect'. You can blame it on the illegals. You reap what you sow. If I were you, and I was a legal citizen, I would definitely NOT support criminal, illegal activity. It only complicates YOUR life. Your husband will just have to suffer the consequences of the Illegal Latino people's behavior. Tuff. Illegal aliens cause everyone problems!!

Police have no right to pull you over unless you did something wrong. If you did something wrong, all they can do is to give you a ticket. They cannot search your car, unless there is valid reason to do so. If they search your car with no apparent reason, it is considered a illegal search. Anything they found in a illegal search is inadmissible in the court of law.

Because I can assure you that just being Hispanic doesn't generate that sort of attention. If it did, cops would never get anything done.

If you want an honest answer provide details of the situation. What do the police say when he is pulled over? Does he get a ticket or a warning? Does he give consent to have his car searched? Does the police have a drug dog smell the car?

Are the police the customs officers at the border? If so, has he or the vehicle been involved in illegal activity? Did he lend his car to someone who did something illegal?

Everyone, including US Citizens, are subject to search coming across the border.

Please provide more information and I will try to answer you question for you.

Actually, if your husband is pulled over and has a valid D.L and Insurance he should not worry about it. The police can search him but they have to have a legitimate reason to search his property (car). If he does not have his DL or Insurance then the police can do what they want and he should be glad he is only being searched because he could be arrested.

I CALLED MY BIKER BROTHER HE CAME WITH CASH AND I HAD NO TICKER. SO DONT TELL ME AMERICAN COPS CANT BE PAID. I WATCHED IT WITH MY OWN EYES. ANYWAYS, ITS HARD TO PROVE THAT A COP IS RASCIST SO THE LOCAL BIKERS PAY THEM OFF TO LEAVE THEM ALONE. SO IT CAN BE DONE.
