hi there, just divorced my husband, it was ligit, he wasn't over for a visa or anything, he works etc. however i want to marry another foreigner and i was wondering if u think that it will be a problem for him to get a visa? he has a degree and will work. i work also so we wont be living off the state. i have my own home too. I am genuine, he is genuine.
U will say im stupid etc but i cant help who i like.
any comments would be appreciated

oh i forgot to mention that i want to marry someone from the same country that is why i worry that there may be a problem. i married about 5 years ago, so its not like im making a habit of it

It shouldn't be a problem unless immigration suspects that you are conducting marriage fraud. As long as you can show you have known your current fiance for a long time, have pictures together, copies of letters, phone calls, etc then it should be fine. |
