There may have been no laws that the colonists as they are called would adhere to but wasn't it obvious that the Indians had their own laws and even though the colonists didn't understand the Indians language the Indians made it quite obvious that they didn't want the settlers here by them revolting against them. In some of the answers that have been given already that because an immigrant or what ever you want to be called COLONIST as long as you don't understand the language you are doing nothing wrong.

What it comes down to is that the English came here STOLE the land killed the people that owned it and then tried to rectify themselves by saying that they were giving them reservation's (pieces of the worst land) where they had to stay (basically a prison without bars but territory lines).

Yes you are right they then couldn't handle the work so they go and invade another country and stole their people and forced them to live in conditions that your worst enemy shouldn't have to live in to be shipped here and do someone Else work for what? Found and colonized are two different things

that's true and i don't think the US shouldn't be so Brash and intolerant to immigrants because i think they forget how they got the US and it wasn't through legally buying . the whole thing with the Mexicans crossing the boarder I'm' sure they are responsible for them being poor and if Bush is such a christian it say in the bible "love thy neighbor" and that includes helping them i mean help them so they won't want to come over the boarder cause it doesn't matter how high you build a fence it won't make the problem go away it makes it get worst the more you ignore and when you tackle it-it can can only get better. but it's not everyone there is good and bad everywhere.
