If you're not in Australia and don't have PR, it will be very difficult (probably impossible) to find a job as no one will employ soeone who may take years to get a permanent visa. You will need to apply for skilled immigration first and apply for jobs after it is granted. If you have Australian qualifications, you should score more points on the points test but a great deal will depend on your occupation and experience in that occupation.
As Margarita said in her answer, you must have good English speaking and writing skills and from the wording of your question, they would seem to be below the standard required by most Australian employers. |

Oh first you have to have good english speaking and writing abilities. I know of an IT guy who is Thai. He is very good, very technical but he lost the job to an American. That American is not as good as he is in the IT system, he was hired mostly because he can speak good english. Not as competent and qualified but he can speak good english. |
