Well, I got a I-797C Notice of Action?

Does that mean, that my green card will be mailed to me soon? It has been printed on 3/31/09... at least thats what the guy at the USCIS Office told me. Does that mean that I can expect my green card anytime soon ?

Can I travel with the I-797C while I wait for the Green Card ??

After you receive your Welcome Notice, give it 2 weeks to a month to receive your green card.You cannot travel with your I-797C and you should wait for your green card.If there is an urgency for you to travel and you cannot wait for your green card you can go to your local USCIS Office and have your passport stamp with I-551.
