Although I do not know what a bonus Baby is, I agree with you on the illegal Immigration issue, unfortunately it is not a big issue for Obama...
Jerome said it best, so I agree with him....
Lets light a candle OK, you and I for Nick, ...
as Leira said, he is in the arms of the Angels now!

Being that you nor any one poster has given links or stated our right that Andrew Thomas Gallo is an illegal or as you put it "bonus baby", one word of caution being politically correct is not always acceptable, I would say the chances are low very low in fact.
I am not a sports person although I do give my respects to those that mourn Nick Adenhart.
Here are some articles to help you figure out this percentage you seek.
"Murder Charges Filed Against Motorist Who Allegedly Killed Angels Pitcher, 2 Others"
"SANTA ANA, Calif. — A 22-year-old man was charged with three murder counts and drunken driving Friday in the crash that killed Los Angeles Angels rookie pitcher Nick Adenhart and two others.
Andrew Thomas Gallo ran a red light in his minivan early Thursday and broadsided a car carrying Adenhart and three friends, police said.
"At the time of the crash, Mr. Gallo's blood-alcohol content is estimated to be almost three times the legal limit," Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas said.
Gallo could receive almost 55 years to life in prison if convicted of all charges, Rackauckas said."

I did not read anything in the article that hints about his legal status or for that matter about his parents legal status either. I'm sure if he had been an illegal that would have been mentioned and used on blogs and web sites across the nation.
"This Is the Guy Who Caused the Adenhart Crash"
"UPDATE: The first mugshot of Andrew Gallo on the left is from an '06 arrest for being drunk in public. We also got our hands on court documents from his DUI, which was also in '06, in which Gallo wrote this haunting sentence:
"I understand that if I continue to drink and drive it may result in death or serious bodily injury to another person."

Even at TMZ a TV gossip show do they mention or use Andrew Gallo status as a spring board for this tragic news.
Still there is one opinion site I found that mentions what you might be seeking.
"Andrew Thomas Gallo Represents Drunk Drivers Not Immigrants" (in parts)
"Andrew Thomas Gallo killed three people in a tragic drunk driving accident while running a red light. One of his victims was an up and coming athlete, a rookie pitcher for the LA Angels who had just pitched his first game, Nick Adenhart, 22. His other victims were equally as promising; Courtney Frances Stewart, 20, a pretty blonde Cal State sophomore and Henry Nigel Pearson, 25, a Manhattan Beach law school student. "
"This was not Gallo’s first DUI charge and at the time of the Adenhart accident he was driving on a suspended license relating to a 2006 conviction. Gallo fled the scene on foot leaving Adenhart and another passenger, Jon Wilhite, critically injured, and Stewart and Pearson dead. Gallo even left a friend of his own, Raymond Alexander Rivera, 21 (who is, incidentally, NOT an immigrant), hurt in the family minivan as he ran away."
"From this tragedy, however, a second injustice has emerged. Based only on the surname of the drunk driver, Gallo, and the fact that he fled the scene, comment streams on news sites across the web have revealed a disgusting air of racism. People are assuming that Andrew Thomas Gallo was an illegal immigrant who fled the scene to avoid being caught and deported."
"Is this racist assumption logical? After pouring over news stories I have been unable to find a single piece of documentation that suggests or proves Andrew Thomas Gallo was an immigrant, let alone an illegal immigrant. His mother, Gabriel Gallo, also does not appear to be an illegal immigrant. So why is his immigration status, or that of his family, an emerging theme in so many comment streams?"
