there is nothin wrong with that. if you are not an indian or have any indian family then you are not american neither. as long as they pay taxes and work like "every american" then they should be ok to stay.

I like the comment from Badfish911 'you can't be from America', excuse me America started the war in Iraq, made thousands of people homeless then f*cked off back to America and let the British government take responsibility for the refugees (immigrants) and left us wide open for terrorists attacks. In Britain we house a lot of the immigrants I do not see America fore fitting this responsibility do you??? Also if America has such a problem with Immigrants why is it so hard to obtain a visa etc to work in America?? Get a life, move to England then you'll see what a problem is sweetheart.

Also another point I can't really comprehend is, immigrants who move to Britain constantly moan and groan about the way they are treated, that the food is not like what the y have in their country, clothes are expensive blah, blah, blah. If its that bad go back to were you came from - n*bbers

Nothing is wrong w/ immigration. The problem is with ILLEGAL immigration. And if your country had 3 million illegals coming to it and demanding health care and assistance your economy really would collapse. Immigration is a great thing, but illegal immigration is not.

The difference between legal and illegal immigration is the law. Laws can change and most of these people goin' on about legal is ok and illegal isn't will still be pissed about it if they change the law. They won't be ok with it even if it is legal so why don't they just admit they are racist?

In my opinion, immigration is wrong when rules and/or laws are being broken. The problem that we are facing here in the United States is that we have millions of individuals settling here who obviously have no regard for our laws. Don't get me wrong, I truly feel for any and all illegal immigrants who are just trying to make a living here in the states. However, I do feel that it is unfair that they ignore the laws of the land.

Nothing is wrong with it, but it is hard to just throw open the doors and let in anyone and everyone. If they opened the doors of the US, we would have a population larger than China ... and probably India as well together ... where would they live ... how would they find work ... what would they eat ... where would their children go to school ??? We simply don't have the resources to handle the number of people who would move here immediately!!! Let me ask you this, when the hurricane hit New Orleans, how many refugees did you take into your home?? Think about it!!

What's wrong with legal immigration? Nothing.

What's wrong with ILlegal immigration? They come here and steal jobs from lower educated Americans and high school dropouts. Companies like hiring illegals because then they can hire them for less than minimum wage.

Plus, they are a drain on healtcare/medicare, social services etc... for which they never paid a dime in taxes.

Why should I abide with the law and pay taxes if illegals don't have to and employers can get away with hiring them.

I'm afraid we can't hold them back much longer! The Americans are rising up against the ILLEGALS and taking advantage of their 2nd amendment right! They should have listened. BTW, all legal immigrants are safe. Only criminals go on the chopping block.
