It's just not right that someone here illegally is taking the jobs that a person here legally should be entitled to. I have no quams about someone comming here the proper way,but I do if they are comming here the illegal way! When you illegally cross the border, you leave most of your rights at the border. Illegals do have the right to go back and claim them at any time though...sooner the better. |

The constitution of the United States covers everyone in the USA legal or illegal. However non citizens cannot vote.
Congress passed specific immigration laws that everyone should obey and remaining in the USA illegaly is not a right in the constitution since the constitution empowers congress to make laws. However because you are illegal does mean you should be enslaved, violated, raped etc. You can report civil and other rights violations to the police just like every one else. |
