Learn English first. How to speak, how to spell. Then get on to getting some "rights". |

I am assuming you are referring to the USA.
If you are a legal immigrant, welcome. You have the same rights as any other resident of this great country, except the right to vote. You also have the same responsibilities. Remember, those go hand-in-hand.
A few people have mentioned your spelling mistakes and that you should learn English. Some of the comments have been a bit unkind, but they raise a good point. If you are to be successful in America, speaking English is necessary. Please try to find classes in your area. You will find it helps.
If you are an illegal immigrant, the best advice is to go home. Illegal immigrants are not very popular here. |

You have the right to remain silent like any American. |

Just like the other comments, you practically have every right as a U.S. citizen except the right to vote and run for office. If you are planning to make a decent living in the U.S. legally, improve your English and/or writing. In addition, learn the system and be apart of the system. If you are here illegally, it is best that you return home and come in legally. If you are deported, you cannot come into the country legally for ten years. It does not matter if your children are U.S. citizens. Like wise, it does not matter if your spouse is a U.S. citizen and never filed the paperwork. |

The Immigration and Nationality Act defines an immigrant as anyone who is not a US Citizen. It's difficult to answer your question. What exactly do you want to know? |

I guess you have the same rights like everyone else. I not sure you would qualify for much help, but, your baby should be able to get Medical help and maybe Food Stamps and WIC. Check with your local Social Services Office. All I can say. |

The same as any other American. And the same responsibilities as well.

Sounds like you came with your hand out like most immigrants! Ever consider getting a job and being self-sufficient like most Americans -- yes, even single mothers! Have no clue of your rights but I'm sure you'll go to the local welfare office so you can get your share of the money stolen from middle-class Americans |
