What are peoples opinions about Mexican immigration?

If they come here and learn to speak English, adapt to the American way of life and become US Citizens then most Americans would not have a problem with them.

If they come here illegally then they should be deported and the US should have a better way to track them so they won't re-enter the US illegally over and over and over!!

As long as the Mexican citizen files all the proper paperwork, follows all the rules and waits their proper turn, I have no problem with their immigration.

since arizona, california, new mexico, texsas etc. belonged to mexico, and US took it after the mexican american war, i dont think mexcans should be comeing here illegally. but leagal ones, go ahead. this country is made by the immigrants, dont be so raceist

If you follow the laws, including entering the country legally, and make a positive contibution...then Welcome.

If you are going to come here illegally, not follow the law, expect handouts, etc., then don't bother.

so, most people assume illegal
then they say they are losing jobs to them, as they sit comfortably in their armchairs on welfare, to lazy to get a job
then they say we should build a fence
they have never heard of wire cutters, they really underestimate Mexican people's creativity
and then they start to hate Latinos in general, because nobody ever taught them not to generalize
Frankly, i don't see why anyone wants to come here, its all down hill from here in the U.S. economy

I think the Mexican Indigenous ethnic groups should go back to Mexico, especially if they are ilegal. Do you agree? Is the hatred against the low class and indigenous immigrants?

Prior to my current job, I disliked Mexican immigrants more than anyone I knew. But now, like 50% of the people I work with are Mexican immigrants, some whom can barely speak english. They are the sweetest guys I have ever known. They work so hard and try so hard to go out of their way to help me. Although I think that all illegal immigration is wrong. These guys are just the best. :) They try so hard to understand what I'm saying and try and teach me spanish and stuff. It's just a lot of fun getting to know about their culture, etc. So my opinion has changed. :)

They are awsome. It not fair though that illegals are being hated so much though. Its just the fact that many dont have the opportunity. I know illegals who are more hard working than whites
